Being a parent is tough, and especially when it comes to faith. Parents have been given the awesome (and daunting!) responsibility of passing on their faith to their children. At CCPC, we want to come alongside parents; to help them grow in their own faith, and to assist them in teaching that faith to their kids.
Part of this happens through church programming. You can follow the links below for information on children's programming, or visit our youth page for programming relevant to middle and high school students.
But part of the family's journey of faith is about doing things together, both with our "home" families and our church family. So we spend a lot of time together, intentionally, so that we might build the human relationships that are the bridge to a relationship with Jesus.
We involve children and youth in worship each week in a variety of ways (children's message, music leadership, youth and Confirmation Sundays, etc). We want our children to learn to worship with their families.
We have regular, intergenerational events, where families spend time together - from a first day of Sunday School celebration to Vacation Bible School, etc.
We take families on mission trips together and have families serve together locally.
Our hope is that our family can support your family, as together we raise our children in the knowledge and love of God!
